Matthijs De Ligt Willing To Turn Down Barcelona For Manchester United

Matthijs de Ligt has reportedly been offered a deal of $15.6 million per season from Manchester United.
Barcelona, who was previously thought to be the front-runner to sign de Ligt, are not interested in getting into a bidding war for the center back.
De Ligt is also said to be willing to turn down Barcelona and accept United\'s offer.
