Jack Clarke Set To Sign For Tottenham

Tottenham are close to signing Leeds winger Jack Clarke for $14.5 million.
The 18-year-old Clarke made just 22 appearances and 4 starts at the Championship level.
Spurs recently made a club record bid for Tanguy Ndombele.
