Tottenham Sign Tanguy Ndombele In $70 Million Move

Tottenham officially signed Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon for a club-record transfer fee of $70 million.
The 22-year-old has also signed a six-year contract with Tottenham.
Ndombele\'s dribbling ability from midfield has drawn comparisons to Mousa Dembele.
