Hirving Lozano was asked to leave during a Napoli training session by manager Gennaro Gattuso. Gattuso accused Lozano of not putting enough effort in.
This latest episodes raises serious doubts over Lozano\'s future at Napoli following an underwhelming campaign which has yielded just three goals.
Lozano joined Napoli from PSV Eindhoven last summer.
