Manchester United are set to make a $73 million bid for Inter defender Milan Skriniar, according to reports in Italy.
United are reportedly looking to upgrade the centerback position.
The 25-year-old Skriniar has struggled in Antonio Conte\'s back three, lowering his transfer fee.
