Eden Hazard admitted that this season was the worst of his career after struggling with an ankle injury.
\"This year we won the title collectively. For me, at an individual level, I\'ve had the worst season of my career for sure,\" said Hazard.
The 29-year-old had ankle surgery in March. He has appeared in six matches following the restart, though has also been left out of the squad three times.
Hazard heaped praise onto Zinedine Zidane.
