Mikel Arteta said that was \"pretty convinced\" that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang would stay with Arsenal.
Aubameyang has been the frequent target of transfer rumors.
\"The way I look at him when I speak with him, he sounds pretty convinced. But obviously if he can see that success and the direction we are taking is the right one, I think he will be more positive about it yes,\" said Arteta.
The 31-year-old\'s contract is expiring next season.
Aubameyang is reportedly looking for a three-year contract extension.
