Phil Foden suffered a foot injury in training, making him doubtful to appear in the Euro 2020 final against Italy.
Foden sat out training on Saturday due to the \"minor knock.\"
\"He\'s definitely doubtful although it\'s not something serious. It\'s just whether it will keep him out of this particular game,\" said England manager Gareth Southgate.
The 21-year-old has featured in three tournament matches thus far.
