Chelsea are close to signing Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan on a €115 million ($135 million) transfer.

Sources at Inter told ESPN they never had any intention of Lukaku leaving, even rejecting an offer of €100 million plus Marcos Alonso. Inter\'s position changed when Lukaku approached the club with a wish to leave.
