Chelsea Close To $115M Transfer With Inter For Romelu Lukaku

Chelsea are close to signing Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan on a €115 million ($135 million) transfer.
Lukaku will join Chelsea for the second time in his career.
Sources at Inter told ESPN they never had any intention of Lukaku leaving, even rejecting an offer of €100 million plus Marcos Alonso. Inter\'s position changed when Lukaku approached the club with a wish to leave.
