Tottenham Hotspur have ruled out the possibility of hiring Julian Nagelsmann as manager.
There had been mounting speculation that Nagelsmann was their first choice to succeed Antonio Conte.
Nagelsmann is said to have sought assurances over transfer strategy and the identity of Tottenham\'s next sporting director after Fabio Paratici resigned last month.
Arne Slot, Xabi Alonso and Ruben Amorim are candidates for the job.
