Arsenal Working To Sign Ilkay Gundogan On Free Transfer

Arsenal are pursuing a move for Ilkay Gundogan on a free transfer this summer as his contract with Manchester City expires.
Mikel Arteta worked with Gundogan when he was an assistant with City. Arteta has recruited City players Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko to success with Arsenal.
Arteta’s midfield will have room for a senior figure when Granit Xhaka, who is close to joining Bayer Leverkusen, departs after seven years at the club.
