Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will likely be hired by Besiktas as manager.
Solskjaer has been out of work since leaving United in November 2021. He led the club to back-to-back top four finishes in 2020 and 2021.
Besiktas are looking for a new coach after parting company with former Portugal boss Fernando Santos in April.
