Real Madrid are attempting to sign Alphonso Davies from Bayern Munich during the summer transfer window.
Davies\' contract with Bayern expires in 2025 and he\'s been previously linked with Madrid. Madrid would like to upgrade the left-back position and are not settled on Ferland Mendy.
Bayern have made an extension offer, but it is believed to be considerably less than what Davies is prepared to accept.
Madrid previously signed Toni Kroos from Bayern at an affordable price when he had a season remaining on his deal.
