Fulham Completes $43.7M Transfer With Arsenal For Emile Smith Rowe

Fulham have agreed to a $43.7 million transfer with Arsenal for Emile Smith Rowe. Smith Rowe, 23, becomes Fulham\'s first permanent transfer of the summer as they look to reinvest the money made from Joao Palhinha\'s move to Bayern Munich.
Smith Rowe made 115 appearances for Arsenal, scoring 18 goals and providing 13 assists.
