Chelsea, Atleti Finalizing Joao Felix, Conor Gallagher Swap

Chelsea have agreed to sign Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid, which should allow Conor Gallagher to make his long awaited transfer back.
Felix\'s transfer could be worth in the region of €50 million including add-ons. Felix has agreed a six-year contract with the option of a further 12 months to rejoin the club where he spent six months on loan last year.
Gallagher is now expected to travel to Madrid to complete a £34 million move.
