United Buy Manuel Ugarte From PSG For $55.5M

Manchester United has agreed to buy Manuel Ugarte from Paris Saint-Germain for $55.5 million.
The Uruguay international has been United\'s top midfield target this summer and takes United\'s spending during the transfer window to more than £180 million.
Ugarte made it clear to PSG that he wanted a transfer to United and did not play in their first two Ligue 1 matches of the season. Ugarte made 37 appearances in all competitions for PSG last season after arriving from Sporting CP in a £50 million move in 2023.
