Pep Guardiola Signs Extension With City, Commits To 25-26 Season

Pep Guardiola has signed a one-year contract extension with Manchester City with an option for an additional season. Guardiola was on an expiring contract, but is now set to manage at least for the 25-26 season.
Guardiola was appointed as manager of City in 2016 following his time at Barcelona and Bayern Munich. Guardiola has won six Premier League titles plus the Champions League in 2023.
Guardiola had been expected to decide his future by the start of 2025.
