Manchester City, Chelsea and Newcastle United secured Champions League spots on the final day of the Premier League season, joining Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
City, who last failed to qualify for the Champions League in 2010-11, defeated Fulham 2-0 to secure third place.
Chelsea won 1-0 at Nottingham Forest, while Newcastle snuck in despite their 1-0 loss to Everton after Aston Villa lost 2-0 at Manchester United. United moved up to 15th with their win, while Spurs finished 17th with their 4-1 loss to Brighton.
