Inter Milan have hired Parma\'s Cristian Chivu as their new manager to replace Simone Inzaghi. Chivu was only appointed as manager of Parma in February.

Inzaghi left Inter to become manager of Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia after they lost the Champions League final to Paris Saint-Germain.

Chivu won three league titles in seven seasons as a player for Inter.
