Tottenham Hotspur are pursuing a transfer with Manchester City for Savinho. City, however, are reluctant to part ways with Savinho and will only do so if he pushes for a move. City will demand a fee worth approximately $67.2 million.
Pep Guardiola typically allows players who wish to leave his club if they express that preference.
Savinho was a regular in Guardiola\'s team during his first season with City, scoring three goals in 48 appearances in all competitions.
Losing Savinho would raise the possibility of City going back into the transfer market to find a replacement.
