Sebastian Giovinco is the Major League Soccer MVP.

Another great run to draw the penalty.

Great win tonight, we needed that.

Defense is still shaky, and we gave up a weak goal, but our offense is on fire. I still don't see us making much noise in the playoffs with such a sh*t back line.

Nice midweek game! Gio is just too good. Premier League is calling. Most goals and 2nd most assists is way too good for a TFC player. I'll truly be surprised if he's back next season. I hate to say it. I'll enjoy this season while it lasts. At least Altidore will be back next season :-? .

Great game last night. Atmosphere was electric - even USector started going crazy after the 3rd goal.

Bendick needs to get it together for this season, until we can bring in another keeper.

Whole backline can go. The new guy Kantari doesn't look good at all.

By the way, we drew 26K+ in attendance last night - which is really good for a mid-week game.

I had my doubts whether the stadium would become too big for TFC. We're 4th in the league in attendance at a 25K average through this season (80+ % capacity). The jays - in comparison - are drawing 29K right now (60%), the Leafs drew 19K (capacity), and the Raptors drew 19500 (capacity).

It helps that TFC has the biggest SSH base in the city if I'm not mistaken.

TFC just added a forward.... because that's what we needed.

Here's to us winning every game 5-3!

Gomez isn't going to do much - depth player at the very most.

This is the same guy that set the MLS record for most shots without a goal when he was in the league. He also blocked half the TFC fan base on twitter when we played Santos in CCL. He dove all over the place and said TFC players should watch their back when they come into Mexico.

We traded Creavalle - so I guess you can say we improved defensively today as well.

Yup was a pretty terrible game.

TFC has a real hard time stringing wins together. We have a good game that always seems to be followed by a let down game.

Game starts in a 1/2 hour on TSN2. A win tonight would be huge.

This ref calls everything normally... and I mean EVERYTHING.

frustrating second half so far. Jozy needs to wake up...wonder if Gomez will be able to do anything at all to free up some space for Giovinco

Did anyone see this Whitecaps game? They let in 3 goals in the last 9 minutes to lose the game. That is hard to do.

With the way Price has created a buzz in this city for the Jays, it would be cool if TFC got a big name or two as well. Too bad it won't happen unless MLS relaxes their salary cap significantly.

Exactly what I was thinking.

He may not be a "big name" but he's the best player in MLS by far. Giovinco is likely the most important athlete in Toronto for his team.
