The Montreal game last night was just a horrible game of soccer to watch. The game had no flow to it and both teams had very bad games. The horrible referee didn't help.

The Impact are now in a division with Atlante, Olimpia and Joe Public.

I wonder if having the full club back together will help today? I doubt it, but it would be nice to see a win.

Montreal NEEDS to be in MLS next season if possible!

The team right now is already better than most teams in MLS. If you have been watching the CONCACAF Champions League you'll know what I mean.

I understand Ottawa has also made an official bid for a team, but in my opinion no way should they be considered before Montreal and Vancouver.

Ottawa gets it. Sucks for Montreal... they are just too close.

I don't think Ottawa has a chance personally.

Montreal plays again tonight! Let's hope they can pull off another win.

Montreal had a good draw tonight against Atlante.

Last nights game was awesome, I know Atlante rested some of their starters but I bet they regret that now. Montreal played a great game and almost came away with a win in the last 20 minutes.

Sitting on top in their group must feel good, and must make MLS think Montreal is ready to move up to the big leagues.

Montreal has been so impressive! Another win last night and they are the clear leaders of their group of four.

Man they have played a lot of games of late though, I hope that doesn't catch up to them. I want to see them make it into the final stages.

Toronto FC actually won tonight. I hope the lack of activity on this thread is not a sign that the fan support is waning.

That fantastic game put a smile on my face.

Dichio is the man. Not fast anymore, but has the football smarts to make a huge impact.

Montreal Impact beat Joe Public 4-1 last night and need one point in their last two games to clinch a spot in the quarter finals of the Concacaf Champions' League.

7 cities made official bids today for an MLS franchise, who do you think will end up with a team?

My guess Miami and Portland because MLS won't want to shut out Barcelona and Portland is the most deserving team in the West. I actually think if it wasn't for Barcelona stepping up that Montreal had a real good chance at being added to play in the East.

Toronto FC won again today 3-2 but are still eliminated from playoff contention.

Here is a good article that discusses the 7 bids. I hope that Montreal and St.Louis get in this time and Vancouver and Portland get in next time. Montreal has the best bid according to the link.

It would be great if TFC could finish the season with a win. The team was a lot better than last season and I think we'll improve again.

Starting a new franchise is always tough, I just hope the fans stick by them because the wins won't come right away.

As for Montreal, when is their next game?

I missed the TFC game but it looks like we ended the season with a loss, that's a shame but I still feel the team is going to be much better next season.

Good article on the trouble they will now face because their season is over.

Does anybody know if Toronto FC still has their first round pick? I think we traded it but I am not sure.
