Re: Orlando City SC Discussion Thread
Being in a lesser league sucks in that other leagues are always trying to get your best players.
I know Kreis is excited about Larin and rightfully so. Rivas is another guy I can see getting a new opportunity now with the new coach. Rivas and I have a serious deficit to make up in our relationship. Dude just cant get it done and shows a lack of comfort in scoring opportunities, that's no good for a guy expected to score goals. There were a couple games around his first goal where he was really starting to look dangerous, this might be the chance he needs.
I think the immediate future is bright for the team. If Kaka' stays healthy we could be a tough out come playoff time.

Three 2nd half goals, leads Orlando City past New England for the win last night.

Ceren traded away. Hope this new Argentinean guy they brought in can play.

Re: Orlando City SC Discussion Thread
The game this week should be pretty interesting. Both teams need a win but Seattle does in the worst way. I expect them to be pretty motivated and the Lions will surely come to play. To see anything other than top effort would be incredibly disappointing.
I'm pretty confident in our ability to score but the obvious key to the game is how well we can defend. Honestly if we figure it out a little we have plenty of fire power to score with anyone.

Orlando scores 7 mins in vs Seattle, since then Dempsey has a hat trick. 3-1 Seattle in the 2nd half.

The guys were very tired by 30 minutes in. Kreis did mention they were being pushed pretty hard right now and will need to get used to that. The defenders seemed to be struggling with the new concepts. The defenders were looking to trap and get bailed out by the ref. Jordan Morris should go to jail for assault he beat us so badly. Clint should by that young man a nice steak or something.
Not having Molino hurts our offense but both teams left additional goals on the field.
Our problem is defense and Redding and Aja can't come on quick enough. We need to just go with the players who have upside and run with that til the end of the season.
MPG will make strengthen our attack, that was obvious, but if we don't improve on the defensive end we will be a bad team.
Ramos should be close to a return which will help greatly.

Re: Orlando City SC Discussion Thread
Again our defensive line is awful and slow. I can't wait till we get rid of Seb Hines. He makes so many mistakes, he has cost us many goals. I know Kreis is trying to change the defense but our group of defenders is awful. We need a complete overhaul other than Redding, and we need Ramos healthy for once. Too early for Aja to make determination but everyone else need to be replaced.

Near impossible game tonight. Damn near a scheduled loss. We will see if fitness has improved over the last three weeks for sure.

0-0 against Colorado is actually a good result for Orlando on the road.
Just sitting outside the playoffs right now though, so games are starting to be even more important.

I celebrated it like a win. Some real signs of improvement for OCity.
Not playing through the international window this year may have hurt us more than helped us. Toronto and NYC in a week should be fun, at least were at home.
I love Adrian Heath but Kreis seems to be improving the team in all areas of the game.

This would be a huge win for us but it will be tough, Giovinco is just scary as hell.

Should be interesting to see the line ups with two games this week. Great time to be getting some guys back from injury.

This team is trash. If it wasn't for Bendik we would lose by 3 goals every game. Defense is atrocious, need to send all the defenders packing, except Redding but only cuz he is young, he makes many mistakes too. This is crap team that has no business making the playoffs. The defensive talent is terrible, too slow and stupid. Kreis said he thought we gave up goals cuz their fitness is lacking. Nope is the talent that is lacking.

Re: Orlando City SC Discussion Thread
Attended the game. Fun game, we got the much needed win and we deserved the win. I thought we played better so glad to get the needed points this time. Still need to fix some things on defense. Its really clear to see that our defenders lack the foot speed so hope we can fix that in the offseason. However they did a better job closing out on players this time. We have issues with the final 3rd that we need to fix in the offseason as well, other than Kaka we have trouble creating.
