NCAA Week 5

Post#1 » by Pacers_Freak » Wed Oct 7, 2020 3:39 pm

Currently sitting at 14-7-1 on the season. 67% is pretty salty. Expecting to come down to Earth here soon lol. A couple of games I've got my eye on but want to see what the weather does with the remnants of the hurricane rolling through the south on Saturday. All of these should be hurricane free. May add more tomorrow or Friday when we have a better idea.

Tulane @ Houston over 59

Louisville -4.5 @ GT

Texas vs. Oklahoma over 72

K State @ TCU Over 50

Middle Tenn @ FIU -4

FSU @ Notre Dame -21

Good start last night. Adding:

East Carolina @ USF -4.5

Miami @ Clemson -14

Really like the Bama/Ole Miss over. But don't feel comfortable with the play until Saturday. Hurricane may be out of there by then but its going to be close. Will add it on Saturday if forecast looks good. Good luck everyone!

The pick we share is South Florida. The pick I feel best about is Duke at Syracuse.

Duke is winless, and the public seems to be on Syracuse, and I think it's a trap. Simply, Syracuse's offense has been lethargic (albeit against decent defenses). Yes, they put up 37 on Georgia Tech, but one touchdown came on a pick six, two touchdowns on 40+ yard passes, and one touchdown on a 38 yard run. Duke has a talented D, and enough offense to score against Syracuse, I'm banking that they want to win a game, and this is a prime opportunity.

Rare that we miss a shared pick. S. Florida was disappointing. Great call on the dukies. I added them to my bets on Saturday!

Meh. 3-5 on the week. We were due for a dud. Gotta bounce back this week. Still 17-12-1 on the year.

Yeah we missed bad on USF.

I didn't have the greatest day, but at least Duke came through and made me look decent...despite turning the ball over four times to zero, giving up two big plays, and a defensive TD.
