What about some old blood?

Aces are closing like a freight train.

Storm-Sky was actually a pretty fun game.

Much needed win for the Storm. Yeah, it was the Sky, but it was on the road and the Sky are moderately healthy for the 1st time in a long time.
It's not the Spoon Sky, but when healthy, they've got a lot of heart.
They put up 38 in the 4th to make it a game.

Angel looked great, even with a bad back.

As far as pairs of young bigs go, it was interesting to watch Dom/Ezi vs Angel/Kamila. Mix in Kiki/Shakira, and I'm not sure who the best young big duo is. (Ezi and Shakira both still very young, and I think still somewhat under team control as RFA's going into next year, so I'll count them).

Any duo with Dom probably has the highest upside. She's so good. So much she's still developing, but her touch at her age from 6-8 feet is just insane. Last night they had 7 blocks between them.

Kiki/Shakira probably is the best right now. Could be the best long-term too, they just seem more fully developed already.

The upside of Angel/Kamila is the eternal question, but you really can never put a limit on the upside of Angel's motor and intensity.

Paige dropped 44 on 21 shots last night.

She was only off the court 4 minutes, and was +12.

Wings lost by 1.

In fairness to her teammates, Rickea caught absolute fire as soon as Paige went to the bench (and those were good Brink minutes too).

LA went on a very quick 20-3 run late 1st/early 2nd and Paige was on the bench for most of that.

Probably not a star, but Maddy Siegrist is going to be a player if she can ever get an extended stretch of good health.

When A'ja goes to Dallas next year, along with Fudd in the draft, the WIngs are going to do some damage.

Atlanta with a 10-0 run to make it a game.

I haven't seen what's going on with Liberty and Sky, but the Sky must be grinding it out

Dallas needs to be overhauled, roster wise, coaching, front office. It is what it is right now.

I can't tell if this is the best defensive game I've seen, or the worst offensive game.
BaF Lakers:

Nikola Topic/Kasparas Jakucionis
VJ Edgecombe/Jrue Holiday
Shaedon Sharpe/Cedric Coward
Kyle Filipowski/Collin Murray-Boyles
Alex Sarr/Clint Capela

Bench: Malcolm Brogdon/Hansen Yang/Rocco Zikarsky/RJ Luis Jr.

I'll have to go back and watch, but it looks like those Chicago baby bigs came into Barclays and wrecked shop.

liberty in the midst of playing a bunch of games in a short period of time, so they are worn down?

The absence of Stewie can never be understated. Liberty frankly sucked on defense last night. That doesn't happen with Stewie.
MIssing Sabally and Izzy against the Sky really hurts too. They needed that size.

Liberty are going to be fine. JJ looked great, and Meeseman had as a good a game as you could imagine only scoring 5 points. Liberty are still going to be scary when healthy.

And let's not undersell the Sky.
Sure, they're a mess. Don't have a PG. They've lost a lot of games this year, but the league is stacked and somebody has to lose every night.

Angel, Kamila, and AA went off last night. They are really good. My guess is that that trio has only played about 15 games together this year.
Throw in E-Will, and that puts even more pressure on the thin LIberty front line.

For a tired, undermanned team in the LIberty, a moderately healthy Chicago team is not a fun match-up.

Outside of the Lynx, who just have a higher floor than anybody else, about anybody else can lose to anybody else.

Or more simply, Ariel and Angel took over late in the 4th.

Ariel, especially. She took the scoring load, but she was a monster on defense in the late 4th.
