and if your not running you better at least be securing the defensive rebound. Fever look so small when they rebound.

tough schedule next week, will play a bunch of games with little rest. time to step up or fold.

Good point. If a team is getting beaten on the offensive boards and not getting fast breaks, that's a problem.

She took all mention of Indiana off of her socials and just lists herself as a WNBA athlete.

We'll find out eventually what happened.

Wow. Yes that is strange.

Also, a small sample size, but here are Clark's home/road splits on 3 point shooting for this season.

Yep. By the way, I was multitasking and therefore get her home % wrong, which I corrected in my original post. That should be 44% rather than 55%. But still a crazy stat, yes.

I guess DeWanna Bonner was disgruntled and refuses to play for the Fever anymore. Supposedly upset because she wasn't a starter.
Things just keep getting better.

Clark 0 for 4 from on three pointers to start. That's a 1 for 26 streak on the road so far. And she was reportedly shooting them well in practice. What happened?

Clark looks worse offensively then she did at any point her rookie year. Has been a different player since the Sun game.

I’m sure it is some combination of her and the team, but every three can’t be a step back or off the dribble tough shot. Even the Currys and JJ Reddicks of the world get plenty of open looks created for them by other players. It can’t always be this hard. Sometimes other people need to play make for her.

i agree. her degree of difficulty on all her shots is high. even the game vs the liberty those shots were all tough. she needs to find easier baskets thru the offense but also she needs to add more to her game besides step back and drives to the lane. At least figure out how to get to the line more.

Fever being up with Clark playing like this is impressive. they look better without her on the floor. so weird. She still is getting a dime here and there but outside of that she is a negative outside of gravity. seems low energy and just floats when the ball is not in her hands.

There’s also been a few times she’s had bad defensive lapses and has just ball watched when the shot goes up instead of boxing out. Cleaning some of these effort things will go a long way.
