Nah she's still in college. Next year's draft is where the action will be.

What about, I think her name is VanZant? The one that was either dating or good friends with Suggs.

They were interviewing Hammond as she was in the middle of directing her team's offense

The league needs to do better. This should have been an absolute no from the top down. Have some empathy

It just screams either your game's not important enough or prioritizing the media aspect is more important. Neither message is good. This should be a pre-season thing at most. But keeping it going through the FINALS in a potential championship game on the line is completely out of bounds. The sport should be the FIRST priority.

ESPN is trying out new interview techniques on the WNBA to see if they'll work, and it's disgusting

How are you interviewing a player walking back to the tunnel while she's gassed and crowd noise is all over the place? They don't do this with the men, the interviews are held in a stationary area, and then the player walks back to the locker room.

This is bullsh*t.

I wonder if they're being given leeway to 'test things out' for the reasons you listed. When in reality that should be summer league / preseason.

Damn, feels like the WNBA's got some nice momentum right now. I don't know if it's just that NY shows a lot of love compared to other cities.

Highest ratings in a couple of decades, I think. There's a tweet above or on the previous page here about it. Definite momentum.

Liberty pulled away after Aces brought it to within 1. 39-30 at the half.

I have mixed feelings about this Fat Joe interview. Dude is clearly lit up but so am I right now. But it's the Finals, why are we hearing from him?

The producer needs to be fired.

Paige has been nasty since high school. I saw a YouTube clip years back of her corner faking a defender literally out of the frame during a tournament, and then sinking a bomb. I was sold. My only concern is her health. She's had some significant injuries

Anything beyond the ACL tear? That was the only one I saw.

Yep. Feels good. The league is so much fun to watch that i think it's going to only grow faster from here.

The 2024 draft class. That’s all I'm saying. These young women are going to elevate the league. I see multiple stars.
