Makes sense. It'd be good to see Yueru get some playing time, and I think she could help Dallas.

A 2nd round pick from Dallas is farn near 1st round pick (especially since it comes with a pick swap from the Sun). So not a bad return. And Seattle needs the roster spot.

Not bad at all. Dallas could use Li. Too bad their coach is a moron

Hopefully it's another banger.

It's been a really fun season with a lot of great basketball, if you have League Pass. But for a lot of the players and teams that draw in more viewers, it's been a rough go.

Caitlin's injury, Paige and Angel playing for nearly unwatchable teams, Aces sucking, now A'ja hurt.

For the broader viewership, a great game today would be helpful.

If 3 million people were tuning into view the Valkyries, Mystics, Dream, or Storm they would be well entertained, but not quite there yet.

Yeah this is rough. I'm watching Sparks vs Lynx on CBS and I couldn't think of worse match up for national TV. It's a 32 point lead at the half :banghead:

The scheduling this season has been pretty bad

Indeed.
It would be nice for an LA team with a known superstar and some potential young stars to look competent on a Saturday afternoon CBS game.

Can't really fault the schedulers too much.
Nobody was predicting Chicago to be this bad. Most thought they were a pretty good chance to be a Playoff team with a chance to maybe sneak up to like 6 or something. Angel looked good in Unrivaled, Cardoso dominating in China, add Sloot and some shooting, and hey they should be pretty solid. Dallas always had dumpster fire potential, but it makes sense to get Paige and Arike on some National games.
LA sort of similar, but I think they are about as good as most thought they would be without Brink.

Nobody thought the Aces would be this bad, and injuries all around haven't helped.

A lot of teams are playing great and out-performing expectations. It's just not the one's schedulers/networks probably wanted to exceed expectations.

I say all that and look at tomorrow's schedule........Sky at Sun on CBS. Oof. Although, it could be a competitive game at least. Although, I wouldn't be shocked if the Sun win big. Sun can be fun, and have a couple nice performances this year. Not hard to imagine Marina getting the Mohegan rocking in a revenge game.

And now the Sparks can't stop Pili.

But Cheryl is Cheryl. Bringing the starters back in with a 27 point lead with 7 left.

Nevermind. All 5 were at the scorer's table, but only Phee came back in.

Maybe Kliundikova earned a little trust to get some minutes while Shepard is away.

Some nice defense on AB there too. Usually when Boston gets that close it's an automatic 2.

b2b2b. So far Fever missed some makable shots but i still see the Liberty getting what they want on most possessions.

Fever need to clean up the defensive glass and find ways to get easier points. or CC continues in her Super Saiyan form and none of that matters.

Stewie mishandled that rebound because she was so shocked to see Indy miss one.
