It's absolutely horrible. I watch about every game, but try to avoid Prime games that aren't great match-ups. I'd gladly pay Amazon a fee for the ability to watch the games they paid for on a different platform.

1st quarter in, Valks can't hit an outside shot, but Amihere and Bibby look good.

I'm sure some of you have heard about Angel Reese filing for a patent for "Mebounds".

Her website is now selling Mebounds merch. Proceeds apparently going to her foundation to fight cyber bullying.

Fantastic all-around.

She really gets it. That's how you not only fight back against trolls, but it helps a cause that i think everyone can get behind.

I know whoever made up that term is heated right now that she trademarked it  serves em right

Just heard a great interview with Christine Brennan from USA Today, who has covered the league since 1999.

She basically threw league leadership under the bus because she believes that the league was not prepared for the ascent of Caitlin Clark and everything that comes with it, both good and bad on and off the court.

I found myself agreeing with her. I've been of the belief that Cathy is not the Commissioner for this moment and I hope the league owners realize that sooner than later.

If you have the ESPN NY app you can hear it on today's podcast of The Michael Kay show. It's a fascinating discussion and Christine made some great points about the league.

Things can be done better.

It sucks to lose, but I don't think it counts as a bad loss. Phoenix may have the highest upside of any team outside of NY/MN/IND. Either them or ATL.

She won't win it, but AT is still MVP candidate level AT. She made the Sun a quasi-contender every year. Now she's surrounded by other stars, more shooters, and depth that might be end up being NY/MN/IND level depth.

Who knows how the balance of power shakes out, but the top 5-7 teams is just a bloodbath.

JJ going down again with an ankle made the loss even worse :(

But yes, you make a great point.

Anyway. Don't be a stranger on Sunday. We got ourselves a game :)

Any update on JJ? It looked horrible at first, but she was able to walk off on her own power.

Hopefully, it'll be a good game. At full strength, I'm not sure what the Storm would do to crack the Liberty defense.

She's flying out to Seattle tomorrow but it's probably a game time decision. I personally don't want her to play

Pretty impressive 1st half for the Dream.

Allisha Gray and Rhyne Howard both held scoreless until about 3:00 left in the half (Sykes and Citron making life hard on them), and still only got 9 points between them.

But the Dream are still up 9.
They can score in a lot of ways and Paopao is starting to look like the steal of the draft.

89-92. 0.1 seconds left. Sykes fouled shooting a 3.
