NCAAW Hoops talk!

NCAAW Hoops begins today! My first season where I will pay attention to more games and specifically WNBA prospects. There are a ton of hoops going on today starting 9amPST.
Here is an article by someone I follow on threads where she ranks some players by class and what school they go to. Useful if you want to only catch onto prospects like I do:

For today 4/4 I'm going to catch
- Juju game at 9am
- Ayoka Lee game at 9am: 6'6 big who i'm interested to see if she has stamina and inside game that can translate to the W.
- Lauren Betts @11:30am. UCLA 6'7 center
- Notre Dame at 2pm. (Olivia Miles, Sonia Citron, Hannah Hidalgo, Maddy Westbeld)
Wow fully loaded day.

Took a bit for Juju to settle in but she looks really good. Impressed by her defense and rebounding.

Don't sleep on the kids from South Carolina. MiLaysia Fulwiley will be a superstar in the pros and Tahina Pao Pao is one of the deadliest shooters in the country. She will be a top prospect in the 2025 draft

That freshman from USC, Kennedy Smith, looks really good.
And an impressive showing from Ole Miss. They seem to play some great defense.

Been a crazy week, and just finally got a chance to watch that game. Indeed, that kid is going to be a star.
Crazy that her and two other starting freshmen made it such a game. Of course, South Carolina is just too deep.
I watched Kitts some last year, but I don't remember her being this good. Her and Edwards. along with all those stud veteran guards is going to be awfully tough for anybody to beat.

hawkeyes won their opener! looks like a deep team with arguably the most top to bottom talent we've had in a long time (odd to say the year after clark leaves but there you go)

South Carolina is just ridiculous.
NC State is a really good team, but SC is just so damn good and deep. I swear it seems like they could split the team in half and still have 2 top 10 teams.
They said on the broadcast that Fulwiley can dunk. She's 5'7".

They look fantastic. Stuelke and Olsen are going to be a problem.

I actually have been pretty busy so haven't caught up with many games. There is a tournament here at Chase Center - San Francisco hosting Stanford, UCLA, Creighton and one more team in December. MIGHT go. Never been to a college womens game before.

She can "dunk" but it's not really a dunk. She can bounce the ball up to herself and tip it in while grabbing the rim
That being said, she does have some athletic springs for someone who is barely 5'7 in shoes

Man, I wish I had time to go, but UConn comes down to Greensboro Friday night to face my lady Heels.
Geno will tie Tara VanDerVeer if UConn wins.

I don't know how far they can go in a USC/UConn/USC world, but man Notre Dame looks good.
Hidalgo and Miles are not going to take a backseat to anybody.

I don't know how she sizes up as a prospect, but Bri McDaniel out of Maryland just has the look of somebody that will matter in the W as an important role player.
Not a huge scorer, but she brings a ton of defensive energy, and always just seems to make the right play.

hawkeyes win again
very balanced and very deep
3 point shooting consistency outside of mccabe might be a concern
