Actually tank rates are at their lowest since 2002 and shipping companies are having a hard time making payments on their ships and the banks are making calls requesting increased collateral as the value of even new ships have plummeted to 60% of build value. Unless he's saved a lot of cash or doesn't have much debt he's undoubtedly highly affected by the take rate crisis.
Olympiacos basketball owners are shipping and steel magnates. Sure they have probably lost a lot of money like most other rich people but their whole family is billionaires. Not to mention Olympiacos is one of the richest clubs in the world in terms of revenues and state support and fan support. I don't think they have any financial issues in even the slightest possible way.
