I don´t really know much about the issue but using the term "latino" would be the less accurate isn´t it? I mean... calling a Spanish "latino" is correct but i think that people don´t realise that the word "latino" is for the places where latin was spoken.Italians for example are latinos.I could be wrong but that is what i´ve always thought.

Rubio is Hispanic. If a person interprets Hispanic as being only Mexican then that person is (Please Use More Appropriate Word) as well. If someone like KWSN-Men is offended by being called Hispanic then they are both illogical and racist because they don't want to be linked to other Hispanic nations. Get over it..

Kwsn is greek not spaniard. BTW, i'd recommend him going here where he'll find the help he needs.
Also, spaniards are not caucasian, they can be of any race just like hispanics or latino-americans. All of them are either political, geographical or cultural terms not racial.

Oh I see. So since Briton is from Roman times then and since British people speak English, then that means all English speaking people on Earth are Britons. Yep. I mean that's a fact based on your logic and reasoning. Anyone on Earth that speaks English is a Briton.

And the term hispanic comes from the word Hispania, a term created by the Romans refering to Iberian Peninsula where Spain happens to be. So yes, they're hispanic as well.

In the US "Hispanic" doesn't mean that when people use it. It means "Mexican".

Yea it's possible, normally I would put people like him on my ignore list, but every now and then this guy posts insightful information about international basketball. It's just his self-righteous tone and pompous rants that irks you.
