Josep Franch - another prospect from Joventut badalona

I saw him yesterday two days ago for the first time playing significant minutes and never heard about him and have never heard about him as a top prospect...
I was impressed from the first minutes he played at the first half, but this is all from the 4th quarter... most of it against Ricky Rubio (they probably know well each other, even friends... Franch is younger only by several months and they both from the youth of Joventut)

In http://www.acb.com (official site of ACB), you can view some games.

Franch is so good, but there are better young PG in this league. (Tomas Satoransky, Rai López, Joaquim Colom)

I'll give you Satoransky but Rai and Colom are average at best, Franch is waaaay better prospect than those 2.
If you want to try to measure the elements of basketball that are supposedly unmeasurable, spend a game just watching Marc Gasol.
