This time it was sport24.gr, that presented a rumor for Euroleague superstar Milos Teodosic. According to the Greek portal, 2 NBA teams are interested in Teodosic and they are Miami and Houston. It says that Houston took it even further and made an offer to Teodosic but it has not been put to paper.
As it so happens, he is somewhat of a “restricted free agent”. Although this terminology doesn’t actually exist in Europe the status of the Serbian player’s contract resembles very much so that of an NBA restricted free agent. If Teodosic doesn’t get an actual signed contract then Olympiakos reserves the right to activate the remainder of his contract that will give Teodosic 600,000 and 700,000 euros respectively in the next 2 seasons. On the other hand if a team makes an offer and Olympiakos don’t match it then he is free to go. As I have already mentioned, this is very unlikely but not impossible. I wouldn’t bet on it though.

He'll join the Heat for the vet minimum to play with Lebron, Wade, and Bosh.

He may come after some anger management therapy. He fought at the Greece - Serbia game. He kicked the ball towards the ref in a world cup semifinal game... Does NBA need another Indiana fiasco?

given history of the opinions displayed by you in the FIBA thread, it isnt all that surprising to see why you would vitiate things concerning this player.

he did not fight in that game but rather tried to push away the approaching player who was all over him and later he prevented others from fighting.
he did not kick the ball towards the referee but straight up in the air, which could been seen clearly. obviously he was frustrated at the, to put it mild, biased officiating criteria thorughout that entire game.

Aside from the reasons already mentioned, he's well paid in Europe, and enjoys living there. Why take a pay cut to come to the US, which isn't nearly as nice of a place to live? (with the exception of three or four cities)

He is an excellent guard and he will be soon in the NBA. He is a young player but he plays as a veteran...

Could only be a backup in the NBA.
Physical play doesn't suit him... and he's really bad defensively... if it wasn't for Serbia's good help defence at the tournament, that would have been magnified much more... Stefan Markovic regularly replaced him for defensive reasons

Otherwise, you can definitely make the argument that he is one of the best PGs in Europe.

@Rinaldi: unbelievable, I was not expecting such a huge fight. At least it shouldn’t be like this after his anger. But it seems his therapy was just another futile exercise

He did not mind the WC no power or speed, so it will not interfere in the NBA, he is pure skill.

Propobly yes, but any team with Teo will be 30 % offensively better.
