Depending on the day, Canada seem to either show up and dominate or be the version that they are today.

Canada could really use Jamal Murray in a game with immense pressure. As good as SGA is, he's never faced pressure. Murray thrives in these types of games. Hopefully, he will play in Paris next year

Canada can pull it off but I think foul trouble is going to hurt them and limit their intensity of defense. However, refs might be more lenient with them in the 2nd half, given that they botched some calls.

Canada brought it to within 5 poof lead ballooned to 15.

Outhustled, outdefended, outshot. Canada looks slower and forced out of sync from the D pressure and a step slow from Serbia's O cohesion. Lots of work to do in the 2nd half. Incredible 1st half by Serbia.

Yep it's difficult to integrate Jokic into an offense like this. At the end of the day, basketball is psychological and guys will always defer to whoever they consider better than them. I mean people remember how everyone on team USA turned into Dennis Rodman down the stretch of their final against Spain in 08 cause they were deferring to Kobe on offese.

Yup, the foul trouble is what stops me from pulling the trigger on that line. Canada is capable but only their top rotation players and this is their difference with the US team in that quality really goes down when the key guys are out.
