I get what you’re saying. In Europe, soccer has always been the big draw, so other sports like basketball didn’t get as much attention at first. Plus, basketball wasn’t as deeply rooted in the culture as it is in the U.S. Lately, though, with more European players making a mark in the NBA and local leagues growing, basketball’s definitely gaining more traction.
