I had no clue who this Nikola Jovic kid even was last year, and look at him now after one year in the NBA, just sitting games but training and all. Kid is one of the leaders of Serbian team, this could be next great Serbian player, young Predrag vibes.

Yeah, as much as we like the FIBA refs for allowing the physical play, their inconsistencies is something that need to be addressed. Ticky tack fouls here and there and every player is doubting how to play defense really...

Dort might be the least fundamentally sound NBA perimeter player I can remember seeing in recent years. His role is just very NBA specific where you simply need those kind of big bodies on the perimeter to give volume scorers a tougher time. And his shooting is solid enough to stay on the floor. Add to that a feel for cutting on a spaced out NBA floor and it's obvious why he's there. But man is he terrible when asked to do anything besides that.
