In windy’s latest podcast he mentioned about some long time player in fiba who has serbia winning it all because of their defense.

I think it's a solid take, but I don't see them beating team USA simply cause there are too many ball handlers and shooters on that team. Outside of SGA no one on Canada's team would make team USA.

Of course, they have to beat Germany first.

Ultimately inexperience cost Canada this game. That foul trouble destroyed them. Not because of the refs, but simply due to lack of awareness among the players. Sometimes you have to give up 2 to 6 points or just be disciplined instead of going for a steal. In the long it increases your team's chances of winning.
