Upcoming series at the end of this month down in Australia. Getting tickets, but want to know who is playing... Anyone know who is playing for Argentina, or even Australia. Only thing I've read is that Manu and obviously Bogut won't be playing. What about Scola, Mills, Oberto, Andersen, Delfino, Jawai or any other players? Anyone found articles or anything.
Thanks

Back to the bush you go! Only Bogut, Neilsen, Andersen and CJ (lol) aren't playing for us. Meanwhile, Argentina has sent over a squad that their coach has come and said "realistically, none of these players will even make the team for the WC"... their tour coach that is, they didn't even send their national coach.
Australia smashed the visitors (I won't call them the Argentinian team) in the first game, as they only stepped off the plane 10 hours before tip off, that's over 16 hours of flight. In the second game, Australia started well, but were terrible in the second half, in which we gave up 46 points and were thoroughly outplayed.

They lost all interest in the second half. It wasn't so much Argentina being good as it was Australia being ****. We'd pretty much doubled their score at the half.

I wouldn't say they were good, but they were much improved. They went from 1/11 3s at half time to 10/24 halfway through the 4th.

I didn't think this Argentina team was the real deal either. Even if it was they're missing a lot of their good stars that I am aware of such as Manu and Scola.
Nonetheless the first game was impressive by the Aussies but I wouldn't expect any less against the team that Argentina brought over.

I'm worried they might actually get a bit complacent after this series. The teams they play in the WC are going to be a lot better than this Argentina side.

Apparently in tonight's game, one of the Argentinians took a big flop, and Alex Loughton responded by pretending to film his acting.

Missed the game tonight unfortunately.

This argentine team is what they call 2014/2018, with several under23 players. But even the main under23 players were not in this team, because they will attend the Argentina A or the Argentina B (Like Juan Fernandez).
