EuroLeague Reg Season Games...

How many games do the Euro teams play during the regular season?
NBA plays 82 regular season games.
I ask this because there are so many top players that opt out of playing the FIBA WC games, or in the Olympics. But, after they play a half dozen pre-season games, 82 reg season games, and then how ever far they get into the playoffs (plus all of the practices and traveling), they are tired and want to relax with the family. Other countries might not know this and are puzzled why players turn down competing for their country.

I've looked but I am not sure I am getting the correct information.
For example, the Suproleague (Which is FIBA's "EuroLeague")
looks like there are 22 regular season games to determine the top 16 teams for the first round of "playoffs." Then a best of 3 until you have only 4 teams remaining. And then only 1 game for each of the final match ups.
Does that sound right?
So a total of 22 games
plus a maximum of 8 games if you make it to the final championship (3 games each of the first two rounds)
Which is a grand total of 30 games max per year. Is that all? It also looks like they only play 1 game a week, while sometimes skipping a week or two (
http://www.eurobasket.com/Euroleague/games-schedule.asp?League=1&LName=Euroleague&Year=2008-2009 ).
NBA players have to play 4 times as many games for the season, and usually 3 to 4 games per week. Plus a maximum of 28 playoff games (minimum of 16 sweeping all the way through).
Do FIBA players ever not want to join an NBA team because they will be working 4x as much and not getting 4x the money, or even a potion of the fame they get in their own country?

Every team also plays national cup and national championships - a lot of games..
Then there are also some other regional cups, like Adriatic league, VTB league,..
So, some examples..
Union Olimpija Ljubljana plays games in Euroleague, national cup, national championships, national supercup and Adriatic league (biggest number of games)
Barcelona plays in domestic league, national cups and euroleague..
Barcelona played somewhere around 80 games last year as far as i know..
Oh and also..Players in Europe dont work 4 times less than NBA players.. They have 2 trainings a day - ask Brandon Jennings, Von Wafer and Jeremy Tyler how they accustomed to that trainings

So in the Euroleague(s) you can play anywhere from 22 to 80 games? And there are dozens of leagues, and a half dozen championship tournaments?
So it is like college football in the states (except for the number of games)? Where there are many divisions that don't play together, many different bowl games, and play once a week?

Usually, every country has its own league and its own cup. Top clubs from that country also play in the European competitions like Euroleague and Eurochallenge, and sometimes also in the regional competitions like Adriatic League.

Barcelona, he has reached all finals of all competitions, played:
34 games-ACB Regular Season.
8 games-ACB Playoffs(lost the final 3-0, we was the best of 5 games)
22 Euroleague games (including Final Four)
3 games in King's Cup.
2 games in ACB Supercup
Total-69 games
Olympiakos, CSKA or Partizan do not know how many games they played, but should be in the same figure more or less.
Obviously, those teams that do not play European competition, will play about 35-40 games a year.
