Lets say that are in the Atlantic division. You think they make the playoffs because I sure as hell do. Navarro and Vazquez are legit NBA talent and Morris/Mikael are rotation guys. Rubio sucks but they do not need him anyway. My prediction would be the 7 seed. Behind Miami, Boston, Orlando, Atlanta, Chicago, Bucks.

It's a Spanish team. They are all named Fernandez.

Agreed. And we already know that they are better than the likely Western Conference Champion Lakers. They'd probably be the new dynasty.

This is ridiculous.
Let's overrate foreign teams and underrate the EC. Original!

Not sure if the team is playoff caliber for the NBA but if it did play in the league, it's best shot would be playing in the West. The euro style has been proven much more effective in the Western conference than the East, and being that it is also the softer conference, that would be their best shot.

Yes
I think they would make the playoffs they are obviously better teams they would prolly sweep them like lakers, heat, celtics and few other but NBA is filled with lesserskilled teams as well. I can see Barca
winning likes of Atlanta Hawks.

Barcelona without Rubio, they would lose more games than you believe.

If Barcelona add two strong centers, is a playoff team (for example Dampier and Haywood). Now, with this roster, would suffer a lot to get into playoffs.

I do not think that Barcelona won more than 15 games a year. European teams and players are not built to play 4 games every week.

Shows how much people really know about basketball, if you think that fc barcelona would make the playoffs. Hahahahahaha.
The better question is can they get to double digit in wins

You're a joke. It's probably the best european team ever assembled. They have great chemistry, great shooters, athleticism, very good role players, and serious NBA talent. They probably don't make it in the west. In the east however? Yes, they have a good chance. Kobe seems to think the same. I guess he's also an idiot. (Are you a Kobe fan, aren't you? Maybe i'm mistaken).

They lack size and depth to be anywhere near a playoff team in the NBA.
Barcelona overwhelms their opponents in Europe with their off-the-chars quickness, athleticism and defensive intensity. But in the NBA they'd be average at best in those things and that with their best 5 on the court - as a roster overall they'd be incredibly poor. They'd have an undersized 2, their frontcourt would lack physical power upfront and their bench would be awful - guys like Basile or Grimau aren't NBA players. Injuries would be devastating.
Now, they only have a 12 men roster, so if they were allowed 3 more signings - say Erick Dampier, Jerry Stackhouse and some wing defender, Mario West for example - and had very good health throughout the season, I can see them reaching 15 to 20 wins. But this assumes that they keep the motivation - essential to maintain their most valuable strength, their unselfish, upbeat, style of play - even during a 60 Ls season, which doesn't happen in the real world.
