After losing in the first round with Manu and Tony on the decline, it's obvious that the Spurs need to bring in new talent. Are any of the players that the Spurs have the rights to NBA ready?

I haven't seen any of them play except Adam Hanga who I could definitely see playing for the Spurs in the future.

Hanga looks nice, same goes with Bertans however they're kind of getting to the point where injuries might prevent them from having some decent role in NBA at some point.
Livio-Charles is the exact type of guy Spurs ussualy pick and he just might actualy make it if he continues to improve as planned. Far from flashy player, won't excite many people, but definately makes the job done.

Livio Jean Charles could play in the NBA right now. I don't think he'd be able to be a main guy... but he's versatile enough to give you 15+ minutes a game at multiple positions. He's long, he's athletic... he's pretty skilled. I actually have always liked him.
