It seems like every year I come here to ask about Andersen's contact status. Anyone here have an idea of what he's making and how much longer he's under contract with CSKA?

My understanding that either this is the last one on his current contract, he is on over $3 million and will not be going to the NBA as he will not get the playing time or the $ he would want. He will stay in Europe

According to the Hawks' GM in a recent meeting with season ticket holders, the Hawks are actually going to seriously pursue bringing him over this summer.
IMO, he'd be a nice compliment to Horford.

Don't expect him to be more than a role player.

Solid role players are one of the Hawks' biggest needs at this point.

That would be awesome, as an aussie i've been a big fan of David Anderson for a while.
Would love to see him get a some consistent minutes in the NBA.

If Luis Scola is a role player with the Spurs, then yes, David Andersen will be just a role player in the NBA.

He'd be a decent player in NBA ! I've followed him the entire season.

Apparently Andersen has a signed a 3 year deal with Barcelona (According to Eurobasket), and in another article today he stated he would not sign with Atlanta for less than 5 million US. Will his Barcelona contract have an NBA out-clause?

Whilst unlikely, Andersen could still sign for Atlanta. Barcelona has trumpeted his impending arrival, but the fact is that he has only verbally agreed to the terms that are on the table, and has not yet signed the contract. Barcelona could be left with egg on their face if a better option comes up elsewhere.

"If Atlanta comes to the plate, I do have NBA out-clauses with my contract and I could go there after my first or second year."

Atlanta would be over the luxury tax this year if they signed Andersen.
Next year, he'd be an ideal replacement for Zaza Pachulia, who'll be unrestricted.

He is better than Zaza.

So, based on Andersen's comments to Draftexpress, it sounds like he would really like to play in the NBA.
Should Atlanta trade him or sign him?

Sign him.
