Oh, dear, not again. You have to understand that Spain and England don't really like each other very much and Guardian is just trying to make something out of nothing. Let it go.

If you look closely, they are obvious making fun of the Koreans..

Koreans = slanted the top
Chinese = slanted to the side
Japanese = slanted to the bottom

If you have read "How to Tell Asians Apart 101" then you would know who they were targetting

Because is ironic we're discusing racism on that picture over and over again while olympic games are being played.
