Wang Zhi Zhi. This guy has a ton of offensive moves, great range, good rebounder, put up the occasional 20 point game for the Clips years ago.

He's very good on offense, but he can't guard anyone.

One can argue about who the best player outside the NBA is, but one indisputable fact is that, whoever he may be, he's playing in Europe, not China.

I agree with the sentiment, he is surprisingly good and could contribute somewhat to an NBA team. BUT, he isn't the best player outside of the NBA, and he isn't anything more than a 5-10 minute filler at very best.
