The 7-3 Pole is making strides. He will do whatever it takes. Check his D-league performances. Cezary can be somebody's secret weapon.

On a serious note, he is relatively efficient when he utilizes his height advantage which is most of the time offensively. He is a bit slow footed guarding smaller big men which is his Achilles heel.
