Some Saer Sene news

Saer Sene was selected by the Seattle Sonics with the 10th pick in the 2006 draft and is largely considered a bust after failing to get playing time for 3 different teams in the NBA.
Currently he is a playing in France, a below average league at the continental level, in Hyeres-Toulon, a below average team itself in this league. But he is doing quite well there and is the most dominant center in the league by far (if that says anything, as the French domestic league is very poor in that category compared to the upper echelon leagues in Europe)
His averages after 16 games
30 mpg - 12.6 ppg on 56% FG and 51% FT - 12.4 rpg - 2.5 bpg
He has gotten double figures in rebounds in all but 3 games and has blocked 3 or more shots in half of them. At the end of the season he will become only the third player ever to lead the league in rebounds and blocks in the same year. He was named an All Star back in December.
In a recent interview he said the NBA was still in his plans but stated he would only go there if he is certain to get consistent minutes.
He has a one year deal with his team and will probably get some offers from good Euro teams this summer. He is only 23 years old, I could see him getting back in the NBA as a defensive specialist if he keeps on improving and if he gets more exposure in a better European league.
