Only young guy that we have that has potential is Bouknight. I don't see much in Thor or Kai or McDaniels anymore. McDaniels looked great his first year then disappeared. I think Williams is the best out of those mentioned. My problem in Kai Thor and McDaniels is they are nearly the same player. I think Kai wants to take over every play. I think Thor doesn't want to take over but tries too anyway and McDaniels just looks for his position on the floor and if hes lucky they find him there. I actually wish we would have signed isaiah roby.

i think we have to hope Kai can settle into an energy big role. maybe with a true point guard he can contribute.

Great idea. I know this sounds weird but I think we need to start kia and throw him to the wolves so his confidence can get low. I actually think lowering his confidence might help him a bit. Reason why is he might just resort to being a solid role player and naturally develop into a beast rather than try to be. Lack of confidence might help him as weird as that might sound.

13 - trade = F-
Absolute nonsense trade, probably the worst since I've followed the team. They gave up a ton of value unless Jokic gets significant injuries, or like a Serbian war horse bites one of his hands off before training camp starts. If injury luck ends up making this ok value, it was still a completely silly play and it looks like missing out on Eason could be kind of a big deal...

15 - Mark Williams = B+/A-
Seems like nice value at 15 and perfect fit for what the team needed at C.

40 - Bryce McGowens = C-
Meh, he has size and a decent handle, but 2nd round scoring guards that can't shoot or defend seem like they never pan out. His bbIQ also doesn't look good so far. Seems like the best way to get value in the mid to late 2nd is to go for defensive wings with limited offense and hope you can teach them to shoot spot up 3s. Hes young and has more positives than a lot of players of this archetype that get drafted late, but it seems silly to trade a decent future 2nd to move up in the 40s to take a player like this.
