Like I said I like this kid, but cannot imagine taking him over Scoot. They put up similar statlines, but Amen did it vs highschoolers while Scoot was a 19 year old against grown men.

Could have seen him being my favorite player this draft, but I just don't believe in overtime elite. Could be massively proven wrong.

I love everything about Amen, except he can't shoot. He's capped as a current Ben Simmons until he does, and his form is so bad it's going to take a long time.

Speaking of the Rockets. Their roster is horrendous. None of their players fit together, and Amen is only effective with the ball...as is Green...as is KPJ...They have a lot of work to do. I still want to rescue Eason from them

Amen is my wildcard pick for best player in the draft for sure. But, like KingCat, I was scared off by not being able to properly gauge his ability against Overtime Elite's inferior competition.

Going to Houston is an awful outcome for him, imo. Luckily he seems to be a self-motivated kid, so maybe he can overcome that logjam and difficult development environment.
